1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the website longavita.direct (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and the conditions for purchasing goods/services presented on it.

1.3. By accessing the Website, browsing the catalog, or placing an order, the User (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") unconditionally agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease using the Website immediately.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The revised version becomes effective upon its publication on the Website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase goods (or services) presented in the Website's catalog for personal, family, or household use.
2.2. All text descriptions and graphical images of the products on the Website are for informational purposes only and may not fully convey accurate information about the properties and characteristics of the product, including colors, sizes, and shapes.
3. Account Registration
3.1. To place an order, the Buyer may be required to provide contact details (name, phone number, email, delivery address) either through a guest checkout process or by creating a registered account.
3.2. The Buyer is entirely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the provided information. The Seller is not liable for the non-fulfillment of an order if the Buyer provided incorrect data.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.2. After placing the order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email indicating that the order has been received and is being processed.
4.3. All prices on the Website are indicated in USD and are subject to change by the Seller unilaterally. The price of an already ordered and confirmed product is not subject to change.

5. Delivery

6. Return Policy and Refunds
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return a product of acceptable quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item's resalable condition, original packaging, and proof of purchase are preserved (unless the product falls under the category of non-returnable goods).
6.2. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the support service at info@longavita.direct. The shipping costs for returning a product of acceptable quality are borne by the Buyer.
6.3. If the Buyer receives a defective or incorrect product, they have the right to demand a replacement or a full refund.
6.4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days after the return is approved and the item is received by the Seller.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
7.1. The Seller has the right to:

- Cancel an order in the event of technical failures, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud, provided the Buyer is notified and a full refund is issued.
7.2. The Buyer agrees to:

- Promptly accept and pay for the ordered goods.

9. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
9.1. The Seller is not liable for any indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Website.
9.2. Both parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement if such failure is the result of force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war, government actions, strikes, etc.).
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
10.1. The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes or disagreements through negotiations. Complaints should be directed to info@longavita.direct. The response time for a complaint is up to 14 business days.
10.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.
10.3. For Buyers residing in the European Union (EU) or Latin America (LATAM), nothing in this Agreement shall deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by mandatory statutory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
